A lovely dachshund cross chihuahua, Henry, is helping a committee decide on whether to make animal torture a third degree felony. This happy little fella was not always such. He was rescued after he had been deliberately burned as a puppy.
Let’s hope they decide in favor of the new bill, and reduce these terrible crimes.
