Little Rocky may not seem too excited because he cannot wag his tail, but his owner Pam Head insists that he is just as happy as any other dog, despite his disability.
Not only that but he entertains and inspires humans who are also confined to wheelchairs at Creative Enterprises in Gwinnett in Georgia.
